How it Works:

• Consultation session between homeowner and their Realtor to discuss what work needs to be done to the home.
• A Homeowner will get in touch with Curbio to arrange a meeting with a home improvement consultant.
• Once a scope of work has been determined, work will begin on the property.
• Updates will be given to the homeowner through the Curbio app.
• Pay at Closing – Homeowners pay nothing until their home sells.

The Project Manager handles:

• Ordering materials, pulling permits, and lining up subcontractors
• Facilitating walkthroughs, sign-offs, and final punch list reviews
• Overseeing all trades and work completed
• Managing timeline, budget, and communication
